Custom Build
A system built for the exact problem you have.
Pricing available on discovery call.
The problem
Not every operational problem fits a productized solution. Some agencies have a specific bottleneck that doesn't match any standard category — a workflow that spans four tools with no clear automation path, or a manual process that's too embedded to replace with something off-the-shelf. The custom build starts with the problem, not the product.

The process
Scoping
Problem definition and scoping
A 2-hour working session to map the current state of the process, identify the exact friction points, agree on what the system needs to do, and set the final price. The output is a written scope document you sign off on before the build begins.
Weeks 2–3
Build
Scope determines this phase. Most custom builds are 2–3 weeks. More complex systems are 4–5 weeks, priced accordingly. You'll see work-in-progress at a mid-build check-in.
Final week
Testing, documentation, and handoff
End-to-end testing against real data. Documentation of every component, integration, and credential. Handoff call to walk through operation and maintenance.
