The process
Phase 1
Intake audit and form design
We map your current proposal process end-to-end. Identify every scope variable, pricing input, and decision point. Design the Tally form to surface what matters and filter what doesn't.
Phase 2
Pipeline build
Build the Make.com automation, engineer the Claude prompt against your methodology, and construct the PandaDoc template. Each component is tested independently before the pipeline runs end-to-end.
Final phase
Testing, calibration, and handoff
Run 5 live test proposals through the full pipeline. Adjust the prompt and form based on output quality. Document every component. Hand off with full access.
